At Chronos Prime, we connect you directly with the best suppliers and manufacturers. Our role is to select quality products and ensure your shopping experience is exceptional. We work in partnership with trusted suppliers who handle storage and shipping of products directly to you.

Shipping and Delivery

Your products are shipped directly from our commercial partners to your home. This allows us to offer a greater variety of products and maintain competitive prices. Delivery time varies from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the supplier's location and your delivery address.

Quality Guarantee

All our suppliers are carefully selected and evaluated. We guarantee the quality of all products sold. In case of defective, damaged, or different products than advertised, our partners are responsible for resolution, including replacement or refund when applicable.

Issues and Returns

For issues related to defective products or delivery problems, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will coordinate directly with our suppliers to resolve your situation quickly. As products are shipped directly from manufacturers, the return process is managed in conjunction with our commercial partners.
